Session One
Joanne Beam -- Founder & Principal Consultant, Beam Outcomes
The Mini Campaign: Securing Major Gifts Without Launching a Full Capital Campaign

Most organizations don't need a multi-year capital campaign to land a meaningful gift, they need a mini campaign. Joanne Beam walks through how to secure $100K to $3M around one clear, tangible goal, without the feasibility study, the steering committee, or the burnout. You'll leave with a relationship-first blueprint that builds your board's fundraising muscle and sets you up for whatever comes next.

Session Two
Shaleiah Fox -- Senior Advisor, Armstrong McGuire
Fundraising Through Transition: Momentum, Trust, and What Comes Next

Every fundraising program eventually hits a transition, a departing leader, a paused strategic plan, a staffing gap nobody saw coming. Shaleiah Fox offers a practical framework for leading through it: understand what's actually changing, protect what can't slip, lead through relationships instead of announcements, and use the moment to reposition your program for what's next. Development directors and senior fundraising professionals leave with the start of their own transition action plan.
